CraftDraft is bringing sports-style recruiting to the skilled trades. We’re building a place for emerging tradespeople to share skill videos, compete in local combines, and connect with contractors through performance-based scouting.

Our mission is to make hands-on talent visible. Shared grading rubrics and clear skill evidence can help contractors evaluate candidates beyond a résumé—and give recruits a stronger way to show what they can do. Our first launch is planned for Atlanta.
